Pan Abrasives have upgraded and re-designed the renowned PanBlast TM Corsa Valve to make it even more reliable and efficient.

PanBlastTM Titan II Blast Helmet
The PanBlast TM Titan Blast Helmet has now been improved and upgraded for even
greater operator comfort and safety.
The PanBlast TM Titan II Blast Helmet is utilized to protect
blasting operators from the hazards associated with abrasive blasting; flying and ricocheting
abrasives, excessive noise levels, and dust generated from the coating and shattered abrasive.
Titan II Blast Helmet Design Features:
- Rigid ABS thermoplastic outer shell, which provides excellent high impact resistance.
- Molded shape to evenly disperse the incoming air around the operators head, face and neck, to provide maximum operator comfort.
- Molded inner polystyrene cap fitted lined with foam padding, along with removable neck and cheek padding to hold the helmet firmly and comfortably on the operators head. All inner padding is removable and washable.
- Designed and manufactured in accordance with Australian Standard AS/NZS 1716:2003. (When used with either PanBlastTM Air Regulator BAC-AF-PB-0036, or PanBlastTM Air Conditioner BAC-AF-PB-0032)
- The inner foam padding, combined with the standard sound deadening hose, greatly reduce the noise level within the blast helmet, resulting in the quietest helmet available today.
- The Titan II helmet, complete with the cape and sound deadening hose, weighs less that 2.2kg (4.85lbs), which assists greatly with keeping operator fatigue to a minimum.
- Tough nylon outer cape with removable and washable inner neck band.
- Replacement outer visors are supplied in packs of 100, with the inner visors supplied in packs of 20.
