The machine consists of a rotating base disc and stationary barrel. A gear motor rotates the base disc to actuate the mass of the media and parts into a spinning motion. The centrifugal action from the spinning motion forces both media and parts upwards, and rubbing against the PU wall of the stationary barrel. This rubbing, rolling and flowing action results in the deflashing, deburring and descaling of the parts within a short time. It can achieve four to five times higher efficiency than that of typical vibratory bowl finishing machines. The disc gap is specially designed for easy adjustment externally to match the size of parts being processed. The machine can be optionally equipped with a parts bucket loader - the FR-SA model is both equipped with bucket loader and separator. Available standard tub capacities include: 100, 200, 300 and 400 liters.
