PanBlastTM UltraFlo Abrasive Recycling System - Features & Benefits:
- Incorporating a three (3) module integrated system, consisting of the abrasive transfer elevator cum abrasive air wash system, twin cartridge reverse pulse cartridge dust collection system and (Optional) abrasive storage feed hopper.
- The system is rated for seven (7) metric ton recycling/abrasive cleaning capacity and is capable of cleaning most commercial abrasive types.
- Fully adjustable abrasive air wash separator allowing the ability to adjust and set the air wash zone for various degrees of separation and to accommodate different abrasive types and sizes. The air wash system incorporates as standard supply an internal oversize particle screen for the capture of any oversize foreign particles.
- An abrasive loading hopper complete with oversize particle screen is supplied for first stage capture of any foreign particles. Incorporated into the lower part of the loading hopper is an adjustable slide feeder control gate to cater for various abrasives types and sizes.
- A twin cartridge reverse pulse jet cartridge dust collection system with fine refuse collection bin is supplied standard. Automatic pulse jet sequencing systems are optional.
- High volume abrasive storage hopper with a design capacity for 2 metric ton of abrasive storage. The abrasive storage hopper is designed with two abrasive transfer modes as follows:
- 1 x 4" discharge chute for abrasive transfer into standard 2 metric ton bulker bags.
- 2 x 4" discharge chutes for the ability of abrasive transfer into two 600lb capacity pressure blast pots.
- All above abrasive discharge chutes come complete with abrasive flow isolation valves.
- Incorporated with both the abrasive load feed hopper and abrasive storage hopper are lid closures for added protection against moisture ingress.
- The UltraFlo Abrasive Recycling System comes configured with dual frequency & dual voltage drive motors to meet all international requirements.
- As with all of the PanBlastTM range of products, individual OEM customization and color schemes are available for bulk volume requirements.
