12 Liter Centrifugal Barrel

This is a high speed tumble finishing machine that utilizes the effect of centrifugal force to further enhance finishing action. 4 to 8 individual barrels are evenly placed on a turret; each barrel individually rotates in the opposite direction to that of the turret. With parts, media, compound and water loaded in the barrels, and under the vigorous counter rotation of both barrels and turret, the process mixture is under heavy compression and is continuously pushed to the barrel walls due to centrifugal force. Such vigorous action is several times of that of gravity force to achieve surface finishing within the shortest possible time for high productivity. Various machine sizes are available to suit.
